We usually dispatch within 24 hours after your order is placed. Our usual delivery timeline is 4-6 days, the timeline also varies depending on your location. Usually our orders to metro cities are delivered within 3 working days while delivery to tier 1 and tier 2 cities take 3-6 working days. For orders from remote locations it may take longer than usual. Also, at times owing to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries can take slightly longer.
As soon as you place your order, a confirmation email or sms is sent to you. When the order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse, we shall share you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order via email or sms. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can log into “My Account” section of the website to view your order details.
We offer free shipping for orders above ₹499. A shipping fee of ₹70 will be charged for order values under ₹499. This amount will be charged to your total bill at the time of placing order.
Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.
We are currently shipping only domestic i.e within India. Please contact us here, to check if we can ship our products to your country.
We are currently not accepting Cash on Delivery (COD) option. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank’s page for entering the online 3D Secure password.
