1. Returns (7-Day Return Window)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused
- The product is in original, sealed packaging
- All accessories, tags, and boxes are intact
- Products opened or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
We offer free reverse pickup and full refund/replacement (as applicable) if:
- The product received is damaged,
- Incorrect (different from what was ordered), or
- Incomplete (missing units)

- Reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer

After the returned product is received and inspected:
- For online payments, refund will be reversed to the original payment mode
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via:
