SHIPPING POLICY

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

We dispatch orders within 24 hours of placement. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Metro cities: 3 working days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities: 3–6 working days
  • Remote locations: May take longer than usual

Please note that unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics delays, etc.) may occasionally extend delivery timelines.

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. When your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number and a link to track your shipment — again via email or SMS.

If you're a registered user, you can also log into the My Account section of our website to view your order status and details at any time.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • ₹70 shipping fee on orders below ₹499

The applicable shipping fee will be added to your total at checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will call you before attempting delivery. Please ensure you're reachable. After 3 failed delivery attempts followed by an email reminder from our team, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. If you'd like to check whether we can deliver to your country, please contact us. 

Payment Methods

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Credit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay
  • Debit Cards — Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay
  • Net Banking — All major Indian banks supported
  • UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
  • Wallets — Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Airtel Money, and more
  • EMI — Available on select credit and debit cards (no-cost EMI options may apply)
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) — Simpl, LazyPay, and other supported providers

All transactions are protected by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure and bank-level encryption. For credit/debit card payments, you will be redirected to your bank's 3D Secure page to complete authentication.
